Under 14A & B/Under 19B REGISTRATIONS OVERDUE
Players registrations for all age groups must be handed in by Thursday of this week. Teams will not be entered in next season's leagues by the EIHA unless a minimum of 12 players have been registered by Monday 30 June. So far, only 5 U14A, 5 U14B and 8 U19B registrations have been received. Hurry and get those registrations down to the rink.

Now that the teams have been selected for season 2003/04, we are looking for team managers and assistant managers for next season. 9pm training session - Monday nights
The 9-10pm training session on Monday nights has now been allocated as a development session for those players who have not been selected to train up with the next age 'A' team during the season and those players who are fringe players within their relevant team squad. The cost for this session is £3. If you want to improve your all-round games skills to make an impact within your team, then this session is your opportunity to gain some extra training.

Registration Evenings
Players' registration packs are now being issued at training sessions. Player registration for season 2003/04 are:
U16 and below - £60 each. U19s - £65 each
All players' registrations are required to be completed by 25 June. Details of Associate (parents), house and non-team playing membership will be issued at a later date. Completed registrations will be processed on the following evenings.

If you haven't received a registration pack or were not at training when they were issued, please contact one of the team managers or e-mail nestmaster@hockeynest.co.uk. Please note that registration packs will not be posted out, but must be collected. We need all players to be registered with the EIHA by 30 June to ensure that our teams are eligible to participate in season 2003/04.

Registrations update
Team registrations have been put back by one week to the week of 23 June. Registration packs will be handed out to players' parents during the week commencing 16 June. Get those photos and birth certificates ready now! Registrations are required by the EIHA by 30 June.

Team Trials and EIHA Registrations
'Open' team trials will take place this week, week commencing 9 June. Players from outside the BIHDA and those in the holding session will be able to attend the trials during this week. Players will now train on the appropriate nights for their respective age groups for next season.
Next season's U10s - 6.45pm Thursday 12 June
U12s - 6.45pm Wednesday 11 June
U14s - 7pm Monday 9 and Friday 13 June
U16s - 6-8pm Tuesday 10 June
U19s - 10.15pm Wednesday 11 and Friday 13 June
Players will continue to train at these times during the following week, week commencing 16 June. It is intended to inform players of their team selection during this week and all players will have received a letter officially informing them of their team selection by Monday 24 June
Registrations
There is a requirement for the BIHDA to supply the EIHA with a list of registered players by 30 June. Therefore, registrations will take place at training sessions during the week of 16-20 June. Any outstanding registrations will be completed the following week. Late registrations may result in players losing their places or the withdrawal of a team from a particular age group owing to lack of registered players.
Presentation Evening Tickets
Tickets for this year's Awards Presentation evening are now on sale. Price - Adults £5, Children/players £4. The event is taking place at the King George's Hall in Blackburn on Friday 4 July. Awards will be presented to the players by the Mayor of Blackburn. Tickets, directions to the venue and local hotel accommodation details are available from your team manager.

Summer Shutdown
There will be a two week shutdown during the weeks commencing 21 and 28 July. No training sessions will take place during this period. Normal service will resume on Monday 4 August.
Eagles v Dallas Stars Development
The Eagles will be playing host to the Dallas Stars Development team on Friday 6 June - Face off now 6.45pm -Admission for Association members is free upon production of membership cards. Non-members admission - Adults £2.10, Children £1.10. Come along and enjoy the game
